AIS notifies customers who received an SMS to update their SIM registration details to comply with NBTC rules by August 31, 2026, or risk service suspension
AIS is reminding customers who received a notification to update their SIM registration information per NBTC requirements to complete it by August 31, 2026, or risk having service suspended.
It can be done free via the myAIS app's 'Update SIM User' menu, by dialing *161*2*[national ID number]# and calling, via the m.ais.co.th/webrepi website, or at AIS Shop and Telewiz locations nationwide.
